The Ethical Property Foundation has directly helped hundreds of charities, social enterprises and community groups with their property problems and many thousands more have been supported through their free online guidance and practical know-how. Unique is an overused word, but they truly really are! They are the only dedicated property advice charity serving the voluntary sector in the country. Set up in 2003, they are currently the lead referral partner to the Charity Commission for land and property advice.
